Wall of Honor
Siqueira of the class of 2014 is undeniably one of the most dynamic talents to make a home at Park University and was a leader when the women’s volleyball program turned the corner to the top of national ranks. The Rio de Janeiro, Brazil standout played a pivotal role on the historic, undefeated 40-0 season, ending in Park women’s volleyball’s first NAIA National Championship in 2014. The 2014-15 Capital One Academic All-American of the Year was also a four-time AMC First Team All-Conference award winner, while being named AMC Player of the Year in 2013. She is second all-time at Park for both career kills and single season kills with 1,456 and 632 kills, respectively. Her career came to a head in 2015 as the prestigious Dr. LeRoy Walker Champions of Character National Award recipient and as a Kansas City Sports Commission’s Kansas City Life Sportswoman of the Year Finalist. The two-time NAIA All-American would continue her academic career at Park and earned her Master of Business Administration degree in 2017.
Siqueira’s impact was more than a list of awards. She was a key contributor to laying the foundations of the team’s future success. Her will to win was instrumental to launch the program to new heights and the relationships she established in the process remain vibrant.
