Park University (MO)

Ben started the Pirates women’s soccer program and served as head coach of the Park men’s soccer team from 1983-95. At one time, he was the all-time wins leader for both Pirates’ programs.

He led the 1994 women’s soccer team – a group also inducted into Park’s Wall of Honor – to the NAIA national championship game.

Ben was an award-winning player himself, having competed collegiately at Clemson University and professionally with the Kansas City Comets, the Major Indoor Soccer League teams in Chicago and Cleveland, and as a member of the Nigerian men’s soccer national team.
