The Park University competitive cheer program was in Baldwin City, Kan. on Saturday, February 21 for the Baker Classic hosted by Baker University.

The Pirates had back-to-back days of competition and did not have their best meet. The Pirates still may be getting used to rigor of the competition stage and placed 8th place at the Baker Classic with a 72.18.

The top half of the field were in the 80s and Saint Ambrose University was the lone team with a 95.10 for 1st place. The Fighting Bees are coming off of a three-peat at the NAIA Cheer National Championship.
