The Park University competitive cheer program was in Kansas City, Mo. at the Eagle Invite hosted by Avila University on March 1.

The Pirates captured 1st place with an 83.60. Their score was .77 higher than the second place Eagles for 1st. Columbia College and Cottey College did not crack a 70 in the competition. This is the first time that Park has scored in the 80s as a team.

This marks Park's first win in the competitive cheer program and is only the fourth competition this group has had together in 2026.
