The Park University women's golf program was in Springfield, Mo. at Rivercut GCS for the Evangel Women's Spring Invitational. The Pirates stood out among the competition the entire two day span for the tournament win.

Park closed out the tournament with a 685 on scores of 351 and 334; while Evangel was in second 17 strokes back. This is the second win for Park this season and they also have three runner-up finishes this year.

Park's Kim Albertus had a strong tournament with a 160 for T3rd. She had an 83 in round one, but moved up with a 77 in round two.

Micaela Suhl was also top 10 in 6th with a 166 on two rounds of 83.

Bella Negley and Grace Rogers were in the mix as well with 12th and 13th place finishes. Negley shot a 179 on rounds of 89 and 90; while Rogers moved up six spots with a 96 and 84.

Alvia Amberg took 21st with a 193, scoring a 98 and 95.

Park will look ahead to the Park Spring Classic on April 6 and 7 at the Bluffs at the National Golf Club of Kansas City.
