See the full list of this year's class and the MSHOF release here.

Maloney is a graduate of 1981 and set Park on the right trajectory of excellence as the first-ever NAIA All-American at Park. In 1980, he qualified as an individual to the NAIA National Tournament under his former head coach and fellow Park Athletics Wall of Fame member Dale Lauritzen.

After Park, he was named the 1994 Midwest Section PGA Player of the Year, and in 1997, he was the Midwest Section PGA Professional of the Year. Since 1994, Maloney has been the Director of Golf at Highland Springs Country Club up until his recent retirement this year.

Over time, he has garnered much attention in the golf community. In 2000 and 2001, he was named among the best teaching professionals in the state of Missouri and he has several Fitter and Merchandiser of the Year accolades. During his career, he also served as president of the Midwest Section PGA. All of this paved the way to his induction in the Midwest Section PGA Hall of Fame in 2014.

Most recently in 2018, Maloney joined fellow Pirate legends on the Park Athletics Wall of Honor. With much anticipation, Maloney's wait ends to enter into the MSHOF on December 13.

Tickets to Wednesday's events can be purchased by calling the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame at 417-889-3100 for $60 or at the door the day of for $70.
