The Park University men's soccer team put together good halftime adjustments against Hastings College Wednesday at Julian Field, earning a 2-1 come from behind win.
Steady defense marked the early going of this game. The Pirates and Broncos were scoreless through the first 40 minutes of the contest. Despite Park having eight shots with six on goal, Hastings was able to keep Park off the board. But in the 42nd minute, the Broncos with their only shot on target found the back of the net to go into halftime 1-nil..

It was a steady four shots each half for the Broncos. Meanwhile, Park had eight shots the first half and seven shots in the second half. Jacksyn McIntyre played a big role in the second half, including the equalizer off of a
Matias Aravena free kick. He then scored the game winner with a stellar finish, the ball thrown in by Luca Andonovski.
