Duarte is a 5-foot-10 libero and pin hitter, born in Belo Horizonte-MG, Brazil, and is the daughter of Hamilton Duarte and Eliane Duarte. She played high school volleyball at Leonardo da Vinci High School in Jundiai-SP ... Will move back to the libero position for the 2016 season.
2013 - Served as an outside hitter for the Pirates in 2013, totaling 296 kills (2.16 per set) with 10 double-digit matches, including a career-best 13 kills aganst MidAmerica Nazarene...Hit .221 and also had 21 aces...Had 380 digs, including finishing the season with double-digits in all three pool play matches at the national tournament and a season-best 21 digs against MNU in an October win...Ended the season as a Second-Team All-Conference honoree.
2014 - Moved to libero during the Pirates' 40-0 run to the NAIA National Championship, averaging 3.86 digs per set, playing and starting in all 40 matches with 125 sets played ... Finished the year as an all-conference libero in the American Midwest Conference ... Began the year with 20 digs against Kansas Wesleyan, hitting that mark four times, in all, including twice in Sioux City with 23 digs against Grand View and 22 against Concordia (Calif.) ... Had 14 digs in the national championship match, a three-set win over Texas at Brownsville.
2015 - Moved back to the outside for 2015, leading the Park offense with 3.23 kills per set, 401 in all, while adding 306 digs, 2.47 per set, second only to All-American Raissa Herczfeld ... Posted 26 double-digit offensive matches, playing and starting in all 35 during the year, with a career-best 24 kills in a five-set win on Oct. 17 over Biola ... Posted 19 digs three times, all against nationally ranked teams - MidAmerica Nazarene, Grand View and Evangel.
