  • 2020: Started in all 14 games that were played for Park...In the field, she had 19 putouts, 44 assists, and a fielding percentage of .940...At the plate, she had 48 at-bats, had 14 hits, scored 13 runs, hit one double and triple, had five RBI's, also stole four bases and finished the season with a batting average of .292.

  • Working on her degree towards Nursing
  • She chose Park because she loves the softball team, the campus, and the location. It's in a small town not too far from Kansas City.
  • Kurima is coming from Monett High School in Monett, Missouri.
  • While as a Cub she a member of the 2017 Softball State Championship Class 3 team, Sectional Championship team, District Championship team, and Conference Championship team
  • Kurima landed on Springfield Sports Commission Top 5 Softball Players in SW Missouri
  • She received first-team All-State in 2017, first-team All-Region in 2016 and 2017, first-team All-District in 2014, 2016, and 2017, and first-team All-Conference 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017
  • In 2017, Kurima set four nex career records for Monett High School, highest batting average, most runs scores, most stolen bases, and most hits
  • Graduated in top 10-percent with High Honors, member of the National Technical Honor Society, and member of National Honor Society, awarded George Washington Carver Award, Presidential Outstanding Academic Achievement Award, four year Academic Letter M, and Merit of completion for A+ Scholarship Program
  • Kurima enjoys working out, hanging with friends, and watching Netflix
