• Playing Experience: Played two seasons at Park for former head coach and 2021 Wall of Honor recipient, Amy Reif (2014 and 2015) and two seasons at North Central Community College (2012 and 2013) in her home town of Trenton, Mo.

2017

• Coached one NAIA Honorable Mention All-American (Mallory Land), two NFCA NAIA Midwest Region Team (Mallory Land & Katie Carr), four AMC All-Conference (Mallory Land, Katie Carr, Brooke Kunkel, & Justice Scales)
• Had seven student-athletes receive 2017 Daktronics-NAIA Softball Scholar-Athlete (Brooke Kunkel, Shelby Bendure, Katie Carr, Olivia Atkinson, Mallory Land, Justice Scales, & Sarah Rothe)
• Landed 13 AMC Academic All-Conference honorees

2018

• Coached one NFCA NAIA Region I Second-Team (Katie Carr) and three AMC All-Conference (Katie Carr, Kaylin Brooks, & Shelby Bendure)
• Landed six on the 2018 Daktronics-NAIA Softball Scholar-Athlete Team (Olivia Atkinson, Shelby Bendure, Katie Carr, Bailey Guiles, Madison Klein, & Courtney Seymour)
• Had 13 AMC Academic All-Conference honorees

2019 

• The 2019 Pirates earned the prestigious AMC Champions of Character Team Award for the outstanding efforts of community service in the Northland
• Two 2019 Daktronics-NAIA Softball Scholar-Athletes (Madison Klein & Kaylin Brooks)
• Coached two AMC All-Conference players (Madison Klein & Kaylin Brooks)
• Had 15 AMC Academic All-Conference honorees

2020 

• In a COVID-19 shortened season, the Pirates were able to play just 14 games, all non-conference contests

2021

• Led the Pirates to their first two Heart of America All-Conference awards in program history, as Nicole Curtis and Shay Tolbert were both named to Honorable Mention selections. Curtis was also honored as a 2020-21 CoSIDA Academic First Team All-District 3 recipient
• The softball program claimed seven 2020-21 Heart Scholar-Athlete awards

• Inaugural Heart Sportsmanship Team Award
• Four Pirates earn Heart All-Conference
• Derry coached Lexie Duncan who was named NFCA Region V First Team and is tied for the most career home runs in Park history
• 10 Pirates named Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athletes

• Derry recorded her 100th win on April 14 against Clarke University and is No. 2 in wins at Park all-time
• The Pirates went 8-0 for the first time in school history to start the season
• The Pirates earn three Heart All-Conference honorees and Dani Klein was awarded a Golf Glove award in the outfield
• Park collected five CSC Academic All-District awards 

• Received Heart Musco Team Sportsmanship Award for the second time 
• Three Pirates earn Heart All-Conference awards, Lauren Fiene and Kal Day were honorable mention, while Magee was 2nd Team
• Magee also appeared on teh NFCA All-Region-V 2nd Team list

• Coach Derry was featured in Park Athletics' 2025 Arrr & Arrr event! Hear her story here!
• Was an iron catcher for the Pirates in 2014 and 2015, starting in 40 of 42 games played as a junior in 2014 and starting in 41 of the team's 43 games as a senior in 2015.
• Earned academic recognition as a Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athlete as a senior in 2015 and was an academic all-conference honoree both seasons.
• Began her career at Park as an assistant coach for Missouri High School Hall of Famer Steve Tingler in 2016 and became interim head coach for the Pirates in the 2016-17 season before the interim tag was lifted late in the 2017 season.
