The Park University men's outdoor track & field program represented in Marion, Ind. for the 2024 NAIA Men's Outdoor Track & Field National Championships on Thursday, May 23 with two individual qualifiers, Alexander Caines and Ahmad Evans.

In their first appearance at NAIA Outdoor Track & Field Nationals, the pair both had their events scheduled lined up for Thursday, Evans in the long jump and then Caines in the 800m event.

Evans reached a distance of 6.26m on his first jump and was his top mark of the day for 26^th of 27 competitors.

Caines raced in heat three, placing 8^th out of the nine lanes with a time of 1:54.46 for 25^th place out of the 27-member field.

Both Caines and Evans are wrapping up their sophomore seasons where they each qualified for indoor and outdoor national championships.
