The Park University No. 8 nationally ranked women's beach volleyball program got their first action of 2024 against top competition at the University of Nebraska hosted beach volleyball tournament on Friday in Lincoln, Neb.
Park went 0-2 in their matches against NCAA Division II McKendree University and NCAA Division I Nebraska.
The Pirates were in a close 3-2 match with McKendree, but it would not go the Pirates way. The pairs of
Grecia Ung and
Arianna Marino, and
Jullia Alvarez and
Szonja Stollar were able to get their first wins of the season.
