The Heart began the Heart Day of Caring event last year for the first time, involving all 14 member schools. Park's ASA members are made up of representatives from each of Park's athletic programs and is headed up by Head Softball Coach
Lindsey Derry.
To help fight food insecurities that students on campus may face, the office of student life has made it a priority to proudly serve students by providing food to those in need. Their mission is to alleviate food insecurity among Park University students.
To help sustain these efforts, Park's ASA invites you to make donations at any Park home event during the month of February.
There will be free entry to any spectator with a donation to the Pirate Pantry. Normal ticket information applies without a donation at an event.
Keep an eye on Wednesday, February 15 as that night's basketball doubleheader will serve as Park ASA's official Heart Day of Caring. Donations will still be collected in the lobby of Breckon Sports Center, but patrons who donate will also receive a raffle ticket for the opportunity to win a prize during the night.
See below for the full list of February home events to take part in Park's Heart Day of Caring activities.
