Park University (MO)

Jordan Brown came on board with the Park University Pirates’ Sports Communications staff in 2020. The former NAIA student-athlete understands the value of collegiate athletics in the hearts of students and the passion that drives them.

His excitement to work in college athletics was ignited his senior year as an intern assisting Tyler Price with Sports Information responsibilities at Baker University. Jordan graduated from Baker in 2018 with two degrees in Sports Administration and Business Management. During his time at Baker, he pitched two years as a varsity reliever and starting pitcher.

After one dream of playing professional baseball ended a new dream of impacting student-athletes was born. Jordan pursues this passion through coaching youth through high school aged baseball players and has served as the Pitching Coach for the Urquhart Scouts 18 & Under Prospect team since 2018.

His professional experience includes roles with the NAIA Eligibility Center in 2019 and an internship with the Kansas City T-Bones in 2018. Each have provided a solid foundation for his new journey as a Pirate to be built upon.
