Park University (MO)

Former four-time Park University NAIA All-American Herb Martin, returns to Parkville to serve as Assistant Track & Field Coach in 2020. Martin is a 1994 Park University graduate and earned NAIA All-America awards in the high jump at NAIA Indoor Nationals in 1991, as well as NAIA Outdoor Nationals All-America honors in 1992 in the long jump, high jump and 110-meter hurdles. At one time, he held the Park University school record in the 110 hurdles and high jump. 

Coach Martin is a Nationally Certified USATF Track Official and was elected the Chair of the Missouri Valley Association USATF Officials in 2017. 

He has also previously coached at Raytown South High School and currently serves as the head coach of The Doors Track Club in Raytown, Missouri.
