- In Blake's first season, the men's golf team won six tournaments. While the women's team won one title in the 2017-18 season.

2018-19
Men
- In year two of the men's program, the Pirates finished second in the 2019 AMC Championship. The men's squad garnered four AMC All-Conference award winners (Wes Buntenbach, Jonathan Graf, Matt Percy, & Evan Shartzer), including 2019 AMC Men's Golfer of the Year, Wes Buntenbach, and 2019 AMC Freshman of the Year, Jonathan Graf.
- Wes Buntenbach was selected for Google Cloud Academic All-District Team and was the first-ever Men's Golf Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete.
- Had six Academic All-Conference winners
Women
- The 2019 women's team placed 4th at the 2019 AMC Women's Golf Tournament and Leeah Shipley finished second overall and was named to the 2019 AMC Second Team All-Conference.
- Leeah Shipley landed on Daktronics-NAIA Women's Golf Scholar-Athlete Team
- Had five Academic All-Conference winners
2019-20
Men
- The men's team won the first tournament of the spring season at Eagle Bend Golf Course hosted by Ottawa University.
Women
- The women's team had four second-place finishes with three in the fall, and one in the spring season.

- Coached at Wichita State as assistant men's golf coach from 2012 to 2016

- Played for Kansas Sports Hall of Fame coach Grier Jones, current head coach at Wichita State.
- Aided in the development of 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 Missouri Valley Conference Golfers-of-the-Year, Rafael Becker, Hunter Sparks, Louis Cohen Boyer (2), and Grant Bennett, while helping the Shockers to their fifth-, sixth-, seventh- and eighth-straight MVC titles as well as their, 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st and 22nd NCAA appearances.
- In his five seasons, WSU produced 20 All-MVC performers, three MVC Newcomer of the Year awards, four MVC Championship medalists and five MVC Player of the Year awards.
- Prior to playing at Wichita State, Blake was a member of the Butler County Community College golf team where he was the 1993 Region IV Champion.
