  • In 2023, Park earned 38 Heart All-Conference awards in indoor and outdoor track & field. Two individuals and the 4x800m relay team qualified for 2023 indoor NAIA nationals and Park had one individual qualifier for 2023 NAIA outdoor nationals. Jena Hahlbeck earned an NAIA indoor 800m All-American award in the 800m.
  • In Fall 2022, Tom Schroeder earned a Heart All-Conference Honorable Mention accolade in his first season being coached by Renshaw.  
  • Renshaw had two women's qualifiers in the 2022 NAIA Indoor Track & Field Championships and oversaw Bailey Turner's two All-American distinctions in triple jump and long jump at the 2022 NAIA Outdoor Track & Field National Championships.
  • Renshaw coached one student-athlete to the 2021 NAIA Women's Outdoor Track & Field Championship, as Bailey Turner finished fourth overall in long jump with a distance of 5.91m. Turner was also selected as an NAIA All-American.
  • 10 student-athletes were named 2020-21 Heart Scholar-Athletes within Renshaw's programs. Men's Outdoor Track & Field, Women's Outdoor Track & Field, and Women's Cross Country each captured three awards, while Men's Cross Country earned one.
  • In 2020, Renshaw and staff were named AMC Women’s Indoor Track & Field Coaching Staff of the Year and led the Pirates to capture an AMC Women’s Indoor Track & Field Championship.
  • Renshaw and his coaching staff won the 2019 AMC Women's Outdoor Track & Field Coaching Staff of the Year award, after leading the Pirates to their first-ever AMC Women's Outdoor Track & Field Championship.
  • American Midwest Conference 2011 Cross Country Coach of the Year Brian Renshaw enters his 32nd season as the head coach of the cross country and track & field programs at Park University, making him the longest-tenured head coach currently on staff at Park.
  • In that time, Renshaw has sustained Park's reputation as a perennial contender in cross country and track and field since the early 1990s
  • He has coached a total of 71 NAIA Track and Field All-Americans as well as 11 NAIA Cross Country All-Americans in his 32 years with the University
  • Renshaw has led the Park women to back-to-back NAIA cross country national championships as AMC champions, and in 2011, the Park men also made it as a team, winning the Unaffiliated/AMC championship in St. Louis.
  • Renshaw coached an All-American, as Daniel Tubei earned the honor in both 2010 and 2011
  • Renshaw also helped lead Tubei to a pair of national championships, as Tubei won the NAIA marathon in both 2011 and 2012 in Marion, Ind.
  • Renshaw has received dozens of accolades in his time at Park including MCAC Men's and Women's Cross Country Coach of the Year seven times 
  • Renshaw was also named the MCAC Men's Track and Field Coach of the Year for the 2006 season and named the MCAC Women's Track and Field Coach of the year in 2006 and 2007
  • In the fall of 2008, Renshaw led the Park Women's Cross Country team to its fourth straight appearance in the NAIA Cross Country National Championship race in Kenosha, Wis., and took home 25th place 
  • Renshaw's 2009 Women's Cross Country squad also qualified for the NAIA national meet which took place in Vancouver, Wash.
  • Along the way, the Pirates have broken more than 100 school records in Renshaw's term as head coach
  • Renshaw has coached more than 100 All-Americans
