- In 2017, led a team to third place in CSL Junior Varsity

- Led Robert Morris University to winning the 2018-2019 CSL Junior Varsity Championship

- In 2019, led Robert Morris University to first place in the Midwest Esports Conference in both the Fall and Spring seasons.

2021-22

• In first season at Park, Farm led the Pirates' Valorant team to NECC Nationals in its inaugural season

• The Pirates continued to build in 2022-23 with both Valorant and League of Legends qualifying for NECC Nationals. Park's Valorant team ended the season in their Challengers Division Group Stage, while League of Legends completed their group stage and were semifinalists in the Challengers Bracket. 

• 2023-24 Heart Esports Coach of the Year, the first-ever Heart Coach of the Year
• League of Legends 2023 Heart Conference Tournament Champions
• 2023-24 Heart League of Legends and Rocket League Conference Championships hosted at Park
• Coached the first-ever Heart Esports Players of the Year, Zackery Fritz (League of Legends) and Koen Barnett (Rocket League)
• Perfect 7-0 Rocket League Regular-Season for 2024 Heart Regular-Season Title

• The 2024 League of Legends team were the No. 3 seed in the Heart Conference Championship and earned a runner-up finish in the Grand Finals. Park went 2-2 on the tournament with two wins over Culver-Stockton, but No. 1 Grand View defeated the Pirates twice on the day.
• Zackery Fritz named 2024 League of Legends Player of the Year, his 2nd Player of the Year award, and Coach Farm's 3rd student-athlete to be named a Heart Player of the Year in League of Legends and Rocket League.
• Park was one win away from the 2025 Heart League of Legends Conference Touranment at 3-3 on the season.
