• 2021: Rodriquez started in 38 games for the Pirates. At the dish, he carried a .333 batting average, recorded 37 hits and 16 RBIs. In the field, he had 37 putouts, 55 assists and a fielding percentage of .985.

• He chose Park because it feels like home and he enjoyed everything about his visit. The beauty of the campus, the coaching staff, and being close to home were all appealing to him during his recruitment
• He attended Park Hill South High School in Riverside, Missouri
• In 2018, he contributed to his high school’s District Runner-up finish and was selected to All-Conference Honorable Mention honors
• Alex enjoys fishing in his spare time
