Park University's baseball program fell in the midweek non-conference matchup with (RV) Columbia College in Columbia, Mo. on March 12.
Park moved to 12-5 on the season, while Columbia of the American Midwest Conference moved up to 16-10.

Dash Goldston lasted three innings on the mound for Park, after the Pirates had four games the previous two games in the Heart of America Athletic Conference. Goldston competed well after four runs came in to score in the bottom of the first with three being earned.
The Pirates were unable to get runs across until the top of the fifth when they were already trailing 11-0.
Daniel Maldonado scored the only run for Park off of a fielder's choice hit by
Bradley Schram.
Each of Park's relievers allowed at least one earned run, except for
Logan Weaver who threw a scoreless sixth inning with no hits allowed.
Victor Sanchez-Ramos was the only Pirate to get multiple hits in the game, as only six hits were recorded on the day for Park.
